Do you have a copy of your rental agreement? There might be something...


in there regarding maintenance and repair. From that you may be able to determine if they have breached their end of the agreement as to making repairs within the agreed-upon time frames. Make sure you document the price of the foods that you are discarding since this might be part of an argument later. Also, you might need it to file a claim if you have renter's insurance.
